DenHyb-2 produces brighter signals for
CGH
(Comparative Genomic Hybridization):
Add 12 microliter of cDenHyb-2 to 200ng probe pellet (after centrifugation). Then, follow the rest of the CGH procedure.
The main benefit of the DenHyb is the brightness with high signal/noise ratio and uniform intensity of the signals.
